1. Cancellation Timelines
You can cancel or reschedule any upcoming consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time directly from your student dashboard without incurring any penalty fee.
2. Refunds
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours in advance will receive a 100% refund processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
