Neither your educational institution, employer, nor family members have access to your consultation history or private notes.

We collect minimal information necessary to deliver our services, including account details (name, email, institutional verification status), appointment booking records, and optional feedback provided voluntarily by you.

4. Public Testimonials & Consent

We only publish user testimonials when explicit, voluntary consent is provided. All public testimonials are anonymized (e.g., “Ananya S.”) to prevent identification.
